At Trunk Club, Melissa founded and led the B2B division, revolutionizing the business model and creating a new revenue stream for Nordstrom. At MasonHub, Melissa served as the SVP, Sales and Account Management, where she built a high-performing team from the ground up. Her leadership and strategic initiatives drove an 8x increase in revenues and expanded the client base from 4 to 37 within two years. Her efforts in identifying a key client profile and market segmentation improved company margins and operational efficiency.
