Kat is an accomplished operations leader with 20 years of experience in e-commerce and distribution center operations. Her career spans various leadership roles at companies such as MasonHub, Flow Commerce (acquired by Global-E), and Gilt Groupe, where she consistently drove operational excellence and business growth. Her experience spans various aspects of operations management, from fulfillment operations to client success and logistics.

Kat has initiated and implemented the launch of 5 distribution facilities and 2 manufacturing partners, managing end-to-end processes from site/vendor selection to full operationalization. As a founding team member at MasonHub, she was responsible for the budget and layout for the initial DC build-out, directly managed carrier relationships, and served as the account manager for the first 16 clients. Kat leverages her extensive background to help businesses identify challenges and implement solutions that drive revenue and efficiency gains.
